It covers a wide spectrum of products, including shirt components like collars, cuffs, waistbands, and plackets, as well as various internal elements of pants. We take precision die cutting to another level, adhering to tolerances as tight as .01 inches. Thanks to multi-cavity dies, we can efficiently handle high-volume orders while keeping costs in check.

 

SLOTTING: Slotting is another option at all our facilities. We utilize pre-cut holes to create perfect notches for shirts, plackets, and waistbands. The width and slot sizes are tailored to meet your specific requirements.

 

BIAS CUTTING & SLITTING: Available across all locations, our bias cutting and slitting services offer precise slitting widths, thanks to computer-controlled technology. We can even create stretch and elongation in woven knits by cutting at a 90-degree angle. Slitting is also available to your specifications, whether it's for waistbands, flys, jacket components, and more. For added stability, we can also incorporate braided tapes sewn into the bias.
